The Wexford Hook Working Group, represented by Rory Roberts, is the data controller for anything you send through this form. The working group is not yet a registered legal entity. Until one exists, responsibility rests with the named person above.

A contact address has not been configured for this site yet. The form should not be circulated until it has been.

We collect a description of a piece of work your organisation does or would like done, together with your organisation’s name, sector, approximate size and the part of the county it is based in, and your name, email address and — if you choose to give it — your phone number and role.

We collect it to build a shared record of the work this county needs done, so that the same job arising in several organisations can be recognised as one thing worth doing rather than twelve separate ones.

We ask you to describe the work or the process only. Please do not enter customer names, employee information, personal case details, account numbers or anything identifying another person. There is deliberately no way to attach a file.

We hold and use your submission on the basis of our legitimate interest in identifying work that could be done better across County Wexford. Contact details are held so we can come back to you about your own submission.

Comparing an anonymised description of your work with work submitted by others, naming your organisation publicly as one of those taking part, and sending you general project updates each happen only if you tick the relevant box. All are unticked by default, they are independent of one another, and you can withdraw any of them at any time without affecting the others or your submission.

Submissions are private by default. They are not published, and they are not browsable by other organisations or by the public.

Access is limited to a named administrator, and to a second administrator if one is appointed. Each has their own login and a second authentication factor. There are no shared passwords, and volunteers who circulate the form receive the link and outreach material — never access to what has been submitted.

If you have given permission for comparison, an anonymiseddescription of the work — without your organisation’s name or your contact details — may be set alongside similar work from other organisations.

If you have given permission to be named, we may say publicly that your organisation has taken part. That is the organisation’s name only. The work you described is not published with it, and your contact details are never published.

The form and the register are hosted on infrastructure located in Ireland. The database is operated by Supabase, in the AWS Dublin region (eu-west-1). The website itself runs on Vercel, with its server region set to Dublin.

Both Supabase Inc. and Vercel Inc. are United States companies. Your data is stored in Ireland, but their support and engineering staff may in principle access systems from outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the standard contractual clauses in their data processing terms.

Your contact details — name, email, phone, role — are kept for 24 months from the date you submit, after which they are removed unless you have asked us to keep them or we are still actively working with you on that submission.

The description of the work is kept as part of the county record without a fixed end date. Work that cannot be done yet is not discarded — it stays on the record with its status and the reason, so it can be looked at again when that reason changes. Once contact details are removed, what remains is a description of a piece of work and is no longer linked to you.

Write to us at the address above and we will correct, anonymise or delete your submission. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account to ask.

You also have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to object to our holding it, and to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request.

We do not make automated decisions about you or your organisation. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not accept files, and we do not process your customers’ or employees’ information.
